In honor of the firm’s 90th Anniversary in 2024, I led event planning efforts—including invitation design, RSVP coordination for over 200 guests, and visual elements like floral arrangements, photo backdrops, and a historical slideshow.

After being selected by the Head of Business Technology at the University of Miami Herbert Business School, I had the opportunity to volunteer at the VC Platform Global Summit. In this role, I assisted with event setup, layout coordination, signage, and guest relations. This experience not only allowed me to contribute to the seamless execution of a high-profile event but also gave me the chance to hear influential leaders in the venture capital industry share their insights — further deepening my understanding of organizational effectiveness.

To celebrate graduation with my closest friends and our families, we planned a personalized event that reflected our personalities and time together. I contributed by creating a collaborative mood board to align our vision, designing a custom drink menu, and making personalized cups with each of our names. From coordinating who brought what to making sure every detail felt intentional, the result was a memorable celebration and a well-executed reflection of our shared style and friendship.

To celebrate one of my closest friends' 21st birthday bar crawl, I conceptualized and executed a fully branded event experience inspired by her personal interests and style. I designed custom T-shirts, curated themed home decor, and crafted personalized tequila shooter sets to create a cohesive and memorable environment for every guest. This passion project blended thoughtful design, hands-on production, and event planning — all with the goal of delivering an unforgettable, highly personalized celebration.

For Valentine’s Day, I hosted a Galentine’s party to celebrate friendship and girlhood with my closest friends. I designed the invitation, coordinated a shared menu by organizing who brought what, and made themed dishes and cocktails. I decorated the space to match the vibe and planned arts and crafts activities to keep the night playful and creative. It was a thoughtful, joy-filled evening centered on connection and fun.
